What is the average shipping time for new drone kits?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all NOTDrones hardware includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions under normal operating conditions.
Can I return a drone if I have already flown it?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. However, drones that have been flown or show signs of use are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in full working order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and secure financing options like Affirm for high-value equipment.
Are these drones compliant with FAA regulations?
Our drones are built to meet current Remote ID requirements; however, operators are responsible for personal registration and following local airspace laws.
