Package Your Gear
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
